The purpose of the Functional Needs Registry program is to provide local emergency planners and responders (Fire, Law Enforcement, Ambulances, etc) with important information from individuals who may need more help in the event of an emergency situation, such as a tornado, flood, blizzard, extended power outage, or disease outbreak. The program is strictly voluntary, and its intent is to provide information to develop an effective response to emergency situations.
